As a successful real estate agent for the last fourteen years, I
pride myself on providing personalized service. In 1996, I
opened Integrity Real Estate to break away from the corporate
culture that has begun to dominate the real estate industry. As
real estate companies grew larger, I found it more difficult to
provide the kind of one-on-one attention that I feel my clients
deserve.

Most real
estate companies encourage top producing agents to create “teams”
with several different people handling different aspects of each
client’s transaction. I found myself having less personal contact
with the people I worked with and I knew I needed to make a change.
With the opening of
Integrity Real Estate, I turned the clock back to a time when
business was done face-to-face and the needs of the client were
more important than sales statistics. When it comes to
buying or selling
your home, you and I will work together. You won’t be passed off
to an assistant, a “buyers” agent or a transaction coordinator.
That doesn’t meet my definition of “Personalized, Professional
Service.”
